5:00-7:00 PM: Early-Bird Sign in & packet pickup at Germantown Senior Center, 33 N Cherry St, Germantown, OH 45327
Saturday, September 27, 2025
7:00 am: Sign in registration opens at Valley View Intermediate School Gymnasium, 64 Comstock St, Germantown, OH 45327
7:45 am: Registration closes
7:50 am: The National Anthem
8:00 am: Starting location for the Loop, Giant, Rod, and Ring rides, is N Main St 100 block, Germantown, OH 45327. First wave starts at 8 AM and last wave starts at 8:15 AM. Waves are in order Loop, Giant, Rod, and Ring. After last wave, roads in downtown will reopen and there will be no police support after 8:30 AM.
9:00 am: The Pretzel Festival Opens at Veterans Memorial Park
11:00 am: Biergarten Opens at Pretzel Festival
1:30 pm: Tour Course closes
4:00 pm: Bike Corral closes
9:00 pm: The Pretzel Festival closes
